This directory requires companies to complete a registration form. This form will provide OGWA with current and accurate information.
This directory is intended to aid companies, within or with interest in the ground water industry, present their products and/or services to potential customers.
The directory contains material that is given to OGWA by other companies. This material is not owned by OGWA but by the company that is giving the material. However, by giving your material you are allowing OGWA to post the material on a publicly accessible website. Also by giving your material to OGWA you are giving the association (without limitation) the rights to duplicate material as needed. By giving and/or posting material you guarantee that you own the rights which include but are not limited to copy rights, licenses and permission given by private individuals.
This directory contains links that will cause you to be redirected to other sites. The linked sites are not owned, operated or controlled by OGWA and OGWA is not responsible for any of the content of the linked site.
This directory shall not be used for anything that would be considered unlawful or in anyway that would cause damage, disrepair or disable it in anyway or cause damage to any linked sites.
OGWA reserves the right to reject or terminate any material that is given and/or posted to the directory.
