The OWRB and Oklahoma Ground Water Association (OGWA) have announced the continuing education schedule for the Spring of 2010.  The OGWA will be providing all training to licensees at no charge.  Training sites will be located in Wilburton, Tulsa and Elk City this year.  Each attendee will be able to obtain four (4) hours of continuing education per workshop. The dates and locations are as follows:
